  1. Hope is a fact. It is there, ever present and free and true. No one can ever steal hope away. But the thing is, every person has to choose to accept that hope or reject it. And the Hope is Jesus Christ and His death and resurrection. We are saved by Him and hope is always there. It is there whether we accept it or not. Our job is to stop focusing on ourselves and accept and hold onto that hope that is constantly there and eternal.πŸ˜„β€

  2. I would say to remember that this world is programmed to influence your mind, and this sense of hopelessness doesn’t come from you, it is a β€˜program’. Recognizing what is ours, and what is influenced thought, is critical for health. Turn off the television (if you watch it) and listen to more love songs.
